ABSTRACT

The article analyzes the prevalence of coronavirus infection in newborns in the Republic of Kazakhstan from the pandemic outbreak till April 2022. The article provides the dynamics of the number of newborns with positive SARS-CoV-2 tests in the reporting period, describes the specifics of the course of coronavirus infection in newborns depending on the neonatal gestational age, and reports the immediate outcomes.

ABSTRACT

The article sets out the goal of analyzing the changes taking place in the SCO in recent years due to the strengthening of the global role of China and their impact on the Central Asian states in the socio-economic aspect, which is being actualized due to the COVID-19 pandemic. New trends in relations between the PRC and the Central Asian states have been identified which have an ambiguous effect on them in the socio-economic sense in the article.
